Corporate Residences -

Although it represents a small segment of our organization's resume, we have been asked to renovate corporate residences of existing clients. Our approach is similar to other types of projects. We learn what the client needs and then we exceed those expectations by going the extra mile. We approach the project as if we were renovating our own homes. However, tenant associations, access and residential nuances need to be considered. In summary, we have been asked to be involved in residential work because of the trust our clients have in us.
